Sustainability has become a priority goal in our society.
The attention to the environment has grown a lot also among companies, which are actually developing a strong awareness and sensitivity towards it and for this reason they are implementing more and more "green" solutions. Reducing chemical emissions, making work activities more sustainable and moving towards a circular economy are just a few of the goals to be achieved.
Transport services play a key role in global economy, so a change in the logistics sector could lead to an optimal and essencial environmental outcome. This is the target of DHL's Go Green, a project that places at the center of the company's philosophy the attention and care for the environment that surrounds us through the reduction of co2 emissions by the end of 2050, year in which it is proposed to reduce to 0 the emissions produced by the logistics sector.
With the GO GREEN program, DHL invests in several important projects and because of their importance they all deserve to be mentioned:
- wind park in Nicaragua;
- biomass park in India;
- water purifiers in Cambodia;
- dump in Turkey;
- reforestation in Uganda;
- wind energy in China;
We are proud to announce this new collaboration between our company and Dhl, which was born from the sharing and support of different values, the first of all is certainly the attention to the environment.
